Dr. Aparajita Roy

Having completed MBA in Marketing major and minor in HR, Dr. Aparajita Roy has completed her M.Phil in Management and DBA from Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Thereafter she was awarded her PhD in Management from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal. An Associate Professor having an experience of over 18 years in academics, Dr. Roy has published a number of papers in both national and international journals of repute and attended several conferences in India and abroad. Her area of research comprises of Consumer Behaviour, Retail Management, Advertising and Brand Management. At present she is working as Principal – Shift I at Institute of Management Study, under MAKAUT and conducts classes at both UG and PG levels.Dr. Roy is a trained classical dancer and takes interest in painting.
Dr. Rituparna Ghosh

Dr. Rituparna Ghosh finished her graduation in Accountancy(H) from University of Calcutta and completed Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Punjab Technical University, specialization in Finance. She had completed PGDHRM from Wellingkar Institute Mumbai, DBF from ICFAI and FPM from Lincoln University College, Malaysia. She has successfully completed her Ph.D from Seacom Skills University in the year 2021. She has secured highest marks in Financial Accounting (all- India level) in the program DBF from ICFAI and received Best Paper award for research paper entitled “Evaluating Knowledge Gap in Banking Sector: A study on private and public sector Banks in West Bengal” in the International Multi-Disciplinary research conference held at Christ College, Pune. She is member of “Indian Academic Researchers Association” since December 2018 and joined as an Editorial Board Member of “International Journal of Transformation in Accounting, Auditing & Taxation” and “The Corporate International” of Eureka Group of Journals, Maharashtra since 3.02.2018. She had appointed as member of Interview Board for conducting Viva Voce/Interview and Aptitude Test for recruitment to the post of Assistant Teachers in Primary Schools by West Bengal Board Of Primary Education, Examiner for GD/ PI of JEMAT, MAKAUT, Program Coordinator of 3 day EAC under DST-NIMAT of EDII, Govt. of India and Institute Of Management Study in the year 2017. She has 15+ years of experience in education and 2 years in industry. She has expertise and skill in Administration, Manpower Planning and Placement along with regular teaching, research and academic administration.
Dr. Snigdha Sen Basu

Dr. Snigdha Basu has completed her graduation in Commerce from University of Calcutta and MBA in Finance from Bhavan’s Institute of Management Science, affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology (presently MAKAUT). Thereafter she has completed her Mphil in Management, FPM and Doctor of Business Administration from Lincoln University College, Malaysia. She has also been awarded PhD in Management from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University, West Bengal. She has been working in Institute of Management Study for the last 15 years in the area of Economics and Finance. She has attended several national and international conferences and presented research papers in national and international journals of repute. Besides her academic and administrative duties presently she is also NAAC coordinator for this college.
